TMZ is reporting that Justin Bieberwas arrested and charged for "dangerous driving and assault" following an ATV collision while out in Perth County, Ontario over the weekend. The 20-year-old popstar was involved in an "altercation" with a paparazzo -- who was in the opposing vehicle -- directly following the incident. Though this happened this past Friday,an official statement from Bieber's camp has yet to be delivered. No concrete details have been released regarding the specifics of Bieber's latest episode with the paparazzi, but considering the name involved, expect them soon.
