Demi Lovato Parties With Wiz Khalifa, Paris Hilton And More In New Video

Published: July 19, 2017

Demi Lovato knows how to throw a party and she’s not sorry about it. In her brand new party-heavy video for “Sorry Not Sorry,” her first solo single of 2017, Lovato fills out her guest list with famous friends like Jamie Foxx, Wiz Khalifa and Paris Hilton.

Creating a dream team of people we’d love to party with, Lovato puts her haters on notice while throwing an epic pool party bash, complete with an inflatable pool of bubbles and a fully decked out arcade.

Lovato says the inspiration for the video came from an actual party she threw a few months ago. “It’s not as intense as you think it is. It’s a lighthearted song, and so the video is going to be lighthearted, too. You don’t want it to seem angsty. You don’t want it to seem angry by any means,” said Lovato abut her new song and video. “So, the video is going to be a giant house party. I threw a house party a couple months ago, and it ended up being so random and so much fun, and we want to recreate that for the video.”

Does this mean that Paris Hilton, Jamie Foxx, Wiz Khalifa and Demi Lovato actually do party together on the regular? Hollywood is literally as cool as we imagine it to be.

Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry” is the first solo single the singer has released since 2016’s “Body Say,” with Demi lending her vocals to Cheat Code’s “No Promises” and Jax Jones’ “Instruction” earlier this year. Following the release of the audio for the track last week, Lovato posted a lengthy message on her social media thanking fans for sticking by her while she took time off over the past year.

The track debuted at number 52 on Billboard and has been getting lots of love from celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez.

The song was the catalyst for a reunion with Lovato’s former Barney co-star and fellow pop singer, Selena Gomez.
