The natural world is full of gender diversity, according to a new documentary airing on CBC's The Nature of Things. The episode takes viewers to the Royal Botanical Gardens and other sites. 'I hope more trans people feel seen and more cis people feel compassionate for them,' says the episode editor, who's from Hamilton.
