WYLDE AUDIO Goes For An Offset Look With New Goregehn Line

Published: March 25, 2024

Zakk Wylde is back with a handful of new Wylde Audio guitars, and they’re certainly angular.

First up is the Goregehn, which you’re seeing above and below. The Goregehn offers a Mahogany body with either a Cocobolo with Turquoise Psychic Bullseye top, or a Flamed Maple Top with Buzzsaw top depending on which finish you go for. Both models feature a TonePros T3BP Tune-O-Matic with T1ZS Tailpiece, and come loaded with the classic EMG 81 in the bridge and EMG 85 in the neck.

The Goregehn has a 3-piece Zakk “C” shape Maple neck with a 14″ radius Ebony fretboard, 22 X-Jumbo frets, and the Runes inlay across the entirety of it. The Goregehn is available here for $1,699.

Then there’s the Goregehn Special Edition seen below, which is largely the same outside a few differences. The Goregehn Special Edition offers a Blood River Burl Epoxy top, and comes with the same pickup configuration, but with Brushed Gold Engraved Buzzsaw covers on each pickup. The Goregehn Special Edition is available here for $1,899.
