I don’t know if you know this, but some of you fuckers are crazy talented. As in like, you can play the Hell out of a guitar or sing your ass off and people around you go “wow, that dude/chick kicks ass at what they’re doing.” It’s crazy how good some of you are!
During our series of artist reactions to fan covers of their tunes, we’ve gotten a range of responses, but sometimes they can’t help but express how completely impressed they are by what they’re seeing. Every once in a while, we catch ’em throwing up the horns or smiling from ear to ear watching you guys perform. I can’t imagine how cool it’s gotta feel to see someone else playing the music you wrote, so I have to imagine the feeling is genuine.
