DESCRIPTION: This is 3 of 4 video dance compilations from performances by the Nashville International Folk Dancers, a recreational dance group in Nashville TN. For more information, our website is: NIFDdance.com. The first dance performance is from a 2009 street festival in Crossville TN, with the Bowling Green KY dancers joining the NIFD group. The first two dances excerpts are: Ambee Dageets (from Armenia) and Fox Dance (Hungarian, with authentic Hungarian music). This is followed by a 2011 performance for children at the Camden TN public library. The program opens with a complete performance of the Greek line dance, Hasapikos, followed by excerpts from two Bulgarian dances, Myatalo Lenche and Vidinsko Horo, concluding with the Ladino-Israeli dance, Avre Tu, Jetili (from Lebanon), Triandafilia (a Greek women's dance) and Rustemul (from Oltenia, with authentic Romanian music).
