Seikilos Epitaph. First track on the album Cesurae by the Cesurae Collective. The Seikilos Epitaph is from Ancient Greece, and is the worlds oldest surviving example of notated music, which we still know how to read.
Recorded live in the cave Klæmintsgjógv on Hestur, one of the Faroe Islands. Klæmintsgjógv is one of the best concert caves in the world. Regular concerts are held in these caves during the summer.
