A track from their demo (2001), re-released as an LP (2011).

other info // copied from the description of the live video that's also posted on here....
Entire live set from June 2001. This show was with The Spirit of Versailles, Billy, Heart Surgery (Let's Go Dancing)! (who I was a member of) and The Conversation @ The Lucky Dragon (Tempe, AZ). This was one of the era's incredible shows, central Arizona has an amazingly healthy subculture and this sort of scene in particular was striving (with the coming and going of bands like Unruh, Death of Marat, Other Voices, Sea of Cortez, Bullyrag, Suicide Nation, Kareen, Existi, Hot Fought Cold, Half Viscante, Ten Commandments: The Movie, etc etc etc - I could go on and on because there were just that many great groups here).

I was 18 at the time, and would not start putting out records until several years later. Early on, I really wanted to reissue the Juniper Strain's demo as an LP, and while it was given the green light in 2006 or so, it did not come to fruition until 2011. I'm 28 now, September 2011, and ten years later it is finally available as a beautifully packaged LP on my label, Gilgongo Records, along with my friend Matt Colgrove's label, The Blue Sky Writings. It comes with a CD of the recordings which also has this live video on it, translucent green vinyl with a screened b-side and nice professionally done printing jobs for the jackets and inserts. While this sort of treatment may seem a bit much, or unnecessarily, it made sense to us.

This group was only here for a second, but left a lasting impact on both of us and in under 10 shows, managed to play with some of the best groups that were touring around at the time (to name a few: Yaphet Kotto, City of Caterpillar (which was the first show I had ever set up), Milemarker, Lightning Bolt, etc. These are all really fond memories and make me proud to have been involved with things, here, at that time and at that age.

I could go on and on, that's what I do best. If you are interested in ordering a copy, please check the Gilgongo site at: http://www.gilgongorecords.com As of 9/14, it has not been added to the page, but will be in the next several weeks.
