DESCRIPTION:
I have been practicing a lot with playing handpans in the vertical position. It transforms the instrument into a handpan plus frame drum/udu/mridangam ! *Listen with headphones to hear the bass sounds* I feel this style lends itself to more percussive playing. I recorded the audio with a Samson Meteor usb mic in Garageband, and set up my mac on the gu side and my iPhone (which starts to freak out toward the end lol) on my ding side, to show a good angle of what both hands are doing at the same moment!
