"COME ONECOME ALL. WE WILL BE HOSTING THIS YEARS '09 HE SAPA WACIPI CELEBRATION."

The ROCK HILL Singers Are A Young, Exciting & Powerful Ojibway Drum Group From The Yellowquill First Nation In Saskatchewan. They Sing The Original Style, Just As Their Grandfathers Had Done. The Group Was Formed In The Summer Of 2003, And This Is Their 5th Successful Summer As "Rock Hill". Before That They Sang As "HORSE TAIL" and "NORTHERN EAGLE".

The ROCK HILL Singers Are Comprised Of Members From All Over Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta And Ontario. Over The Years They Have All Created A Brotherhood Which Is Felt Through Their Music. ROCK HILL Is Still A Very Young Group Ages Range From 8 To 28. With Exceptions Of The "Ol' Man" Sr. That Made ROCK HILL Who They Are Today. Our Latest CD is Dedicated to Him for Guiding us Through Right & Wrong and for Teaching us to Never Take For Granted the gift of Singing and the Drum.

Many People Are Surprised To Know That The ROCK HILL Drum Group Is Made Up Of Family (Blood & Distant). There Are Three Generations That Sit & Sing To This Day. We All Enjoy A Good Pow-wow, Good Laughs & A Good Song.

ROCK HILL Would Like To Thank All Of Their Fans For The Support On the Trail. But Would Especially Like To Give Special Thanks To All The Lead Singers Who Have Encouraged Them Over The Years.

ROCK HILL Would Also Like To Send A Message Of Encouragment To All The Other Young Singers Out There Who Are Just Starting Out.

"Keep It Up, Keep Singing. Sing For Fun, And Most Of All Sing For The People."
