The 10th variation of Sequentia cyclica, "Il tutto in una sonorità piena, dolce, morbida, calda e voluttuosa," is one of Sorabji's most lush, nocturne-esque, and meditative iterations from the cycle; and Powell's timbral control and atmospheric rendering is perfect, and his execution, nigh on exemplary.
