Doobie Powell, son of gospel legend and pioneer, Hubert Powell, who is the originator of the term "gospel jazz", has taken his father's legacy to the next level. His sound is unique with a nice blend of funk and neo soul, but staying true to his gospel roots. On this DVD, Doobie takes you from traditional to ultra contemporary gospel music with this harmonic interpretations. This is the first of its kind LIVE DVD project, allowing you to experience real music as it's happening.
