Our host Chago Williams recently had the chance to sit down with the Grammy Nominated Aftermath Entertainment producer, “DJ Silk” to talk about a mix of things, from his inside scoop on the N.W.A. Movie biopic to his favourite producer and rapper in the game right now.

Last year, Silk was nominated for a Grammy Award for his work on Dr. Dre’s “Compton” album, going up against artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Nicki Minaj and more.

We were also able to ask him about his upcoming projects, what is in the works for the future and what we can expect to hear him on.
Being close to the legendary Dr. Dre gave us the perfect opportunity to get the inside scoop on his opinions about the N.W.A. movie, from whom was cast to play the different characters and how certain elements of the film were portrayed in comparison to what happened in real life.

Of course, it only seemed natural this prolific producer’s thoughts on who the best rapper is out at the moment and who he would like to work with in the future.
