Dunlop EP103 Echoplex Delay and Preamp | Reverb Demo Video - Video
PUBLISHED:  Nov 02, 2016
DESCRIPTION:
Few effects units are as heralded as the Maestro Echoplex; renowned for their warm and complex tape echo. The Dunlop EP103 Echoplex (http://bit.ly/2fvvfEn) seeks to emulate the classic unit but also improve on it. The original Echoplex was large (the size of a lunch box) and notoriously unreliable, with loads of moving parts, preamps and tape prone to malfunction. The new EP103 is sturdy, consistent and, most of all, sized to fit your pedal board. Yet the digital processor does a stunning job of reproducing the analog tape echo sound complete with slight modulation. Push in the volume knob and change the "age" of the tape; from a cleaner sound to a more saturated, vintage sound. Combine the Dunlop EP103 with the Echoplex Preamp (http://bit.ly/2ee9m6h), an all analog pedal meant to emulate the preamp circuit in the original Echoplex units.
