June 3 1906, Born on this day, dancer, singer, and actress Josephine Baker also known as the "Black Pearl," the "Bronze Venus" and the "Creole Goddess."

June 4 1984, Bruce Springsteen's 'Born In The USA' was released, which became the best-selling album of 1985 in the United States (and also Springsteen's most successful album ever). Eighteen years later in 1992 'I Will Always Love You' became a worldwide No.1 hit for Whitney Houston.
