The band "CHANGES" - John Marini (bass), Darryl Marini (guitar) and John Berg (drums) put on an awesome performance at the San Gabriel Civic Auditorium in 1984 as an opening act for the Darrell Mansfield Band. This event was the very first time Duane Evarts was a technical director in a multi-camera video truck (it was also the primary contributing factor in him building his own video truck about a year later). Darryl Marini is now playing in a band called "The Johnnies" (www.thejohnnies.com). John Marini now owns the Marini Music Store in Alhambra, CA (www.marinimusic.com). If you're in the market for a musical instrument, visit John and tell him the Duane sent you. John Berg was last seen drumming somewhere in Vegas. Someone once said that Darryl needs to give Phil Keaggy guitar lessons (but the only Keaggy record he'd ever heard was Phil's "What a Day" album).
