Artist Biography: Ephemera is a metalcore band out of Oklahoma, formed in the Summer of 2011. The concept behind the band's music is to shed light on the good and bad that exists within all of us, and to maybe make people a little more comfortable with their demons. The drive to spread this message has never been greater, despite a few bumps in the road, and Ephemera is looking to continue to grow as a band, drawing new influences from new places. After the upcoming release of their first EP, the band looks to switch things up and truly make its own sound.

The name Ephemera (ih-FEM-er-uh) is derived from the word 'ephemeral', which is used to describe the shortness of life and the condition of mortality. To us, this is our way of spending the short amount of time we have the way we want to, which is something we encourage everyone to do.
