I created a mod on this beautiful guitar!
I have changed:
Pickup: Mini humbucker Seymour Duncan SM-2N Custom, with coil splitting (Outer Coil);
Vol Pot: Alpha Push / Pull 500k;
Tone Pot: Alpha 500k with Capacitor Sprague P.I.O. 0.022Uf;
Mixing Pot: Alpha 500k;
Wiring for both the mini humbucker Duncan and the piezo in the bridge, always on!!!!!!!.
In fact, with the 3rd pot (Mix) you can get the most clockwise with 80% the piezo and 20% the Duncan and vice versa! while the center of the pot we get 50% of both pickups!
this is because the piezo is passive and needs an extra boost! obtained iu this case with the help of 20% of the Mini humbucker Duncan!
