This folk album was recorded by Avey Tare (Dave Portner) and his then wife, the icelandic singer Kria Brekkan. It is based on a live set they played in 2006. The couple decided to release the album with all the songs reversed and two of them also fast forwarded (Palenka and Sasong) after watching a David Lynch movie.
Overlooked indeed, due to the nature of the original release, this great record is followed by Down There, an Avey Tare album hugely inspired by his divorce with Kria.

This video was made sort of inspired by Patrick Cederberg's Tomboiled (reworked Panda Bear album).
