This was a fun time in Tbilisi, Georgia. Dana decides take a ride on Ron Johnson's bass while members of Marcus Miller's bans came out to hang and build with us. Kris Bowers as well as Tbilisi's own upcoming keyboardist joined me at the keyboard station to pilot some flavors for the ears. Alex Haan takes on Bobby Caldwel's 'Do For Love'. Coincidently Haan was not familiar with Grover Washington's classic 'Mr Magic'. Marcuss Miller carefull taught him on the bandstand and we a lesson in humility. Proving there is more to music than lots on notes and technique-there is music. Marcus Miller serves the music with warm heart and never plays over the music-always deep inside the moment.
