The Duo was born, in the year 2000, from the union of two musicians coming from different musical directions.

They benefit from a wide professional experience and have the same passion and curiosity for the different musical languages. Anita Camarella and Davide Facchini draw their knowledge from several musical eras. Anita Camarella comes from 'Ancient Music' and Jazz and Davide Facchini from Jazz, Rock and Blues.

This talented couple boasts a large repertoire. Their music reflects the influences of swing, jazz, folk, and their own compositions are fresh and original.

In their first project the Duo has been fascinated by 'Italian Swing' from the '30s and '40s: unforgettable lyrics and music, which tell about typical Italian experiences and anecdotes of that era. Their passion for this music culminated in their first recording, with the title "Quei motivetti che ci piaccion tanto!" (featuring Raf Montrasio, guitarist of Renato Carosone sextet).

At the beginning of the year 2003 the Duo was invited by the Italian Institute of Culture of Tunisi to perform in a tournée in the most important University in Tunisia in order to share and perform this large part of Italian cultural history.

Radio Stations of United States, Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Hungary, France, Tunisia and Italy have broadcasted their music.

Anita Camarella and Davide Facchini have toured extensively in Italy, in Europe and in the United States. They have performed together with the biggest artists of the international guitar panorama (Tommy Emmanuel, Thom Bresh, Buster B. Jones, Stephen Bennett, Jim and Morning Nichols and many others.).
