Their mission is to promote, educate, as well as to provide career advancement and to promote good will among record executives. NARIP offers professional development opportunities, educational programs and seminars, the opportunity to meet and interact with peers, a job bank, a member resume database for employers, a mentor network, a newsletter as well as several other other services. They serve an International Membership with chapter offices located in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Houston, Atlanta and London.

You have spoke a lot about this at different events. Do you think music can ever regain the perception of being something with great value?

What in your mind are some of the skill sets that people need today that are distinct from perhaps different eras, another era that there are so needy today with regards to getting jobs?
