DESCRIPTION:
We're back with more videos from Joey! This time, he plugged a 1959 Gibson ES-175 into the same 1952 Tweed Deluxe we have featured on our other videos and the PAF pickups just sang. These all hollow guitars are mostly known as instruments for jazz but Joey's signature playing shines playing a variety of styles on this iconic instrument. The middle position features the sound of two out of phase PAFs.

We plugged this guitar straight into a 1952 Fender Deluxe
We mic'd the amp with a Cascade Fat Head and the room with a MV88 mic by Shure. No eq'ing was done in post, we wanted it to sound like you were sitting in the room hearing this for yourself. Listen with high quality headphones for the full effect!
