'ORFEAS' is Judge's third Songstory and is a retelling of the ancient myth of Orpheus, the magical musician who travels to the Land of the Dead in search of the lost Eurydice; a remarkable story told with remarkable music, performed by seven separate ensembles, each playing music of an entirely different kind.

Composer/performer Judge Smith was co-founder of Van der Graaf Generator, and the fourteen musicians include New Wave singing star Lene Lovich, guitarist John 'Fury' Ellis of The Vibrators & The Stranglers, and Saxophonist David Jackson of Van der Graaf Generator.
