The Flex are a four-piece indie rock band from the Cotswolds who have been described as "a band with guts and attitude" by the BBC's Stephen Morris, and have had the pleasure of working with Gaz Coombes, Phill Brown, Greg Haver and Cardiff's Vulcan String Quartet.
