It's been SOME-thing else (to get me through this...)

Why did I spend a week adding titles, samples, commentary on some tracks, and fades that probably nobody will see in an almost 3 hour video?? Because I'm a masochist. That and I wanted to wait to see if any secrets would be uncovered by then, as I wanted it to be a definitive experience of these albums. For many tracks, I tried to hide some of the samples that would spoil the surprise of some tracks, as many songs rely on the surprise factor. I got the sample list from Wikipedia. If there are typos or an artist's name is missing a letter, I apologize. 56 songs throughout 3 different 56 minute albums with so many samples is hard to manage completely. Also, something I put in as commentary might be really stupidly put or sound dumb. I kinda had to rush it a bit.

It's very sad that some tracks had to be modified to prevent blocking; I wish they would just monetize it instead. That said, these albums fall under Fair Use. It takes a mere listen to realize that when a man puts Smash Mouth's All Star over John Lennon's Imagine, he is making an artistic statement by exposing how similar songs are musically through parody.

RIP Imma Let It Be. I love how ironic that "Let It Be" causes people to have to modify their videos and ruin audio. Peace and love, everyone. Maybe UMG should take the advice of the songs they're blocking :)
