Grand Ole Opry LEGEND George Hamilton IV, "The International Ambassador of Country Music", passed-away at the age of 77 on Sept. 17, 2014. "George IV" LOVED the Grand Ole Opry and Especially LOVED the Ryman Auditorium: "The Mother Church of Country Music". George IV's "Final Opry Appearance" was @ the Ryman Auditorium on Sept. 24, 2014 -- beneath the Tartan of his Scottish Clan Hamilton, with the Moravian Star above.

George Hamilton IV began his 54-years as a Member of the Grand Ole Opry on The Stage of The Ryman Auditorium in February 1960. George IV's Final Performance @ The Grand Ole Opry, Nashville, Tennessee was on Saturday, September 6th, 2014 w/ George Hamilton V. Their Final Opry Show Together Opened with "Abilene" and Closed with "Forever Young" -- a FAVORITE of George IV by Bob Dylan.
