DESCRIPTION:
Remna was born in Dakar,Senegal. His father was originally from Guine Bissau and his mother is from Cabo Verde. He first stepped on stage when he was 13 years old. Working as a sideman and background vocalist before putting his first band together at his early twenties. His first release: Saltana(2007) allowed him to open for Ayo, Davy Sicard, Daraa j, Niominka bi, The Wailers... Singer,guitar player,producer and song writer, Remna 's original style has seduced many from Europe, America and Africa. Nadir Almeida (critic) calls him :"no longer a promise,yet a certainty."
