The most popular record to date 'Hausmusik' is an out and out groove fest with Big Band Horns and four on the floor beats and everything in between... this track is dedicated to 'Millie's Chit Chat Lounge' where the Motown Funk brothers used to hang out and jam...To pick a representative tune was hard but I selected 'The Chit-Chat' as this tune is currently in our live set and always goes down well. Thumbs up to ueber-talented trombonist Nichol Thomson for his funky pearls as well as tenor saxophonist Robert Friedl. Both musicians also played on the very first Funkestra album recorded in Boston MA at the end of the last century (sounds like a long time ago, doesn't it?).
