DESCRIPTION:
This is the opening song to Dura Mater's 2004 self-titled release on Post Replica Records, "Know All Forget All"

Dura Mater were a power trio from San Diego, CA whose primary focus was instrumental. They were influenced by a broad spectrum of bands, including Magma and Mahavishnu Orchestra, among others. So as to not pigeonhole their style, they can really only be described as Progressive. Hints of Post Rock, Jam Rock, Jazz Fusion, and even some Sabbath/Hendrix-esque stylings shape their sonic landscape.

It's no wonder they chose the name Dura Mater, and aptly so might I add, as their brand of aural texturing will tantalize your mind.
