BALCONYTV DUBLIN 12/07/2009
PRESENTED BY TOM MILLETT
Before heading off to Dublin, we had the privilage of working with Wayne Sheehy This was a mind-openeing experience which was to be expected teaming with the accomplished musician who has worked with Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones and with such legends as Robert Palmer and Eric Burdon. And thanks to Jan and Nick and their hours of technical support, the days in the "rekorder studio" in Hamburg turned out to be highly productive ones. Now we're heading off for beautiful Dublin and the studio of sound-guru Andy Knightley. Joining us on our journey will be David Alleckna on bass and Dirk Morning on drums. We look forward brewing up some musical masterpieces together!

On the latest album "MANDALA" you'll find 11 new songs melding rock and oriental music. Bitter-sweet ballads and in-your-face rock-songs, all played with the deep sound of 60's psychadelic flair with the Rhodes Piano and Hammond-organ. A hidden treat is our cover of the Rolling Stones' hit "Paint it Black. Another sweet surprise on this album is our very own self-build instrument, the Si-Sa. All of this is available online at Amazon.de and Instore at Saturn!

The trio from Hamburg has been up and running, performing on stage since 2000 and has released 3 albums so far. The singer and songwriter Guido Goh vocal stylings and his oriental string-instrument, the Sarod distinguishes the bands' trademark sound.
