DESCRIPTION:
I made this video in honor of John Landrum Cooper. He has been the lead singer and bassist of the Grammy-nominated Christian rock band Skillet since 1996. John is the only original member of Skillet, or the "One Real Thing." This video is a Panhead must see, made by a certified Panhead. I added the "Hotchkiss, God bless you" part because I am actually friends with Jessie and I got to meet her in November of 2010 at a Skillet show, so I thought it was cool that they said her name in a podcast! I added the "Fargo" part because I was actually at that show, and that was the first night I met Skillet and became an official Panhead. October 5, 2007, is my "Panniversary" even though I have been listening to Skillet's music since summer of 2006. This man is a legend to me, and such an inspiration. He writes the most amazing lyrics and has a voice of an angel. Best of all, this man lives for Jesus. He isn't afraid to preach the gospel or confess his faith in front of thousands of non-believers. Hats off to you, John. You rock my face off every single day..and on a side note, PLEASE shave the beard :)
