Fact is, what you see above is entirely legal. It's using information that's freely available. You just need to know how to access it. Or have a copy of the RIOT software. But what can you dig up if can you can mine the less public databases?

Some countries have rules about this kind of snooping - but only for on their own citizens. And any agency can always legally out-source this...
