Brisbane based dynamic nu-wave brass band Bullhorn are hitting 2012 running with the launch of their debut self-titled album. Bullhorn, an 8 piece formidably comprised of 1 bossing drummer and 7 hard hitting horn players , are taking the wraps off their first realease just months since the bands formed in June 2011.

Since 2011 Bullhorn have been brassing up stages in Brisbane, and surrounds, introducing eager audiences to their modern take on bass band fusing contemporary styles on a vintage instrumental canvas, often smashing dance floors in the process.
The new self-titled album covers hip hop, soul, funk, reggae and dance music and features original compositions and reimagining's of tracks by Bonobo, Quantic Soul Orchestra, Easy Star All Stars and Hypnotic Brass Ensemble.
The Lp itself has been produced by Brisbane rock stalwart Skritch Trembles who has performed with acts such as The Mary Trembles, Gota Cola and Broken Head. The Lp captures the essence of the live sonic show Bullhorn has been dealing out in recent months.
