LYRICS:
To the eye, I'm pretty good for you
I'm glad you don't know I'm a liar
I will keep my secrets from you
Hoping you'll wash them away

Cause when the curtain falls
I wonder if you can take it, take it

Only you can find the ball beneath the shell
Only you can see behind the wall that I built too well
Only you can figure me out, I fool everyone else
Maybe you'll save me from myself
Maybe you'll save me from myself

When I dream, you're always high above me
And miles away
So it seems like you'll never really love me
But I know somehow you do

I would let you in
To see the mess I've been

Only you can find the ball beneath the shell
Only you can see behind the wall that I built too well
Only you can figure me out, when I fool everyone else
Maybe you'll save me from myself
Maybe you'll save me from myself

Don't I smile enough?
Don't I hide the ugly?
I finally feel ok
When I think too much
You can just ignore me
Let's pretend that my heart can be good
And I pray everyday, everyday

Only you can find the ball beneath the shell
Only you can see behind the wall that I built too well
Only you can figure me out, when I fool everyone else
Maybe you'll save me from myself
Maybe you'll save me from myself

To the eye, I'm pretty good for you
I'm glad you don't know I'm a liar
