Lobotomy Inc

Lobotomy Inc first came in contact with electronic dance music in 1999, when he was visiting the club Complexe Captain for the first time. This is the place were he developed his love for trance and techno music, but it’s also the place were he first met the hardcore influences you can still recognise in his style of music.



It was in 2001 that Lobotomy first start to produce some music of his own together with a friend (Misterfilliz). It was this friend who taught him his first skills of producing a record with the program Fruityloops. He also developed his skills as a dj that year.



But it was in October 2002 that Lobotomy Inc officially started his career, with is first production “the Test” (baba013) on the Babaorum records Label.

That this “test” was successful, is proved by lots of huge tracks that followed like Sliced Beat (Baba018), Jumper Side Bababox 2003, take your Baba 036…

After that, he appeared on the Warez Audio Label under his alias Dark System. But not only his productions he made alone were a huge success, Lobotomy is also very successful when he works together with artists like Dinamik, Dj Adolph, Ydnass, Koya and many more.



2005 started extremely well for Lobotomy Inc. In March his own label was launched (Lobotomy Records) in cooperation with Babaorum records. On this label he is not only releasing his own new work, but he gives young and talented producers the opportunity to release some of their work. But off course this was not all! Lobotomy released his first compilation album “ the Best of hardstyle” Vol.2 with only the best tracks of Lobotomy Inc and Dark System.

Not only his career as a producer went well this year, also his dj career had a real boost! Not only clubs and promoters in France discovered his great skills, also promoters in Holland and Belgium did. So the first trips to party’s in Holland and Belgium were a fact. He performed that year at Up! (B2S), Qrime Time (Q-Dance) and in several clubs.



If 2005 was not good enough, 2006 followed… All of a sudden Lobotomy Inc. appeared at all the big events in Holland and Belgium, like Defqon, Decibel, Emporium, Reverze and Tomorrowland. And not only the bigger events showed their interest in the talented dj, he is also a well known guest at all the big clubs, like Matrixx (NL), Complex (BE), Outland (NL) and Peppermill (NL). With his energetic style of performing, playing a mix of jump, French Tek and hardstyle you have the guarantee that he rocks the place!



Off course we can expect many more from this young and ambitious dj/ producer. With his passion for music and his strong motivation, you can discover more ‘Lobo Style” in the near future! To be continued…



2008 : Lobotomy Inc is proud to be the new resident of the Captain Club in Belgium (www.cap-tain.com) for more Lobo style every week.
