Lid Emba's last performance part 2. Another reason (beyond those noted earlier) that I stopped doing Lid Emba shows is that I was far from a riveting performer. For me, it was virtually impossible to get into it while trying to avoid fucking up, which of course I did anyway, time after time after time. I've done virtually hundreds of shows with this or that band, opening for the likes of Talking Heads, Melt Banana, Ramones, Dwarves, Nine Inch Nails, Foetus, Dismemberment Plan, American Analog Set, and many others along the way, but performing alone was something I'd never done before Lid Emba. Plus, I refused to laptop it, which coldly led me into Hell. Witness the struggle.
