DESCRIPTION:
Mr Lee Grant - Opportunity. New Zealand music - 1967. With six Top Ten hits through 1967 & 68, Mr Lee Grant had his first of three number ones with Opportunity in June 1967. The B side was Spicks and Specks which was number one for The Bee Gees just weeks earlier. Mr Lee Grant would later win the Loxene Golden Disc for his next single release Thanks To You, and then go onto win the NZ Entertainer of the Year in 1967 cementing him as a teen idol of the sixties in New Zealand.
