Mr Lee Grant - Thanks To You. New Zealand music - 1967. Mr Lee Grant's second number one hit and follow-up to Opportunity. Thanks To You peaked at number one for three weeks in September 1967. With six Top Ten hits in 1967 & 68, Thanks To You is arguably the song best remembered for Mr Lee Grant. This song went onto win the 1967 Loxene Golden Disc Award. The following single Movin Away almost gave Mr Lee Grant his third number one in a row, but his next would come with a later release Why or Where or When.
