Context:
A courtesan explaining to a Nawab (nobleman) what it would take to win her love and to
sustain it given the social stigma of such a relationship.

The Meaning:

"If you hear me just once and understand my feelings, I will happily give my entire life to
you... and not just my heart! Because, if you hear it beating, you will know the passion and
love it holds, and you would keep coming back to the road that leads to me.

"So my love...before you take your first steps into this relationship, be warned and prepare
yourself for the consequences of falling in love with someone like me (a courtesan)!!"

With determination, even heaven can be brought down to earth (a blissful life can be lead
overcoming the social barriers). As nothing is impossible if one decides. I will go all the way to
bridge the gap between you and me. All you need to do is to just love me for who I am.
