DESCRIPTION:
"Baby I Love You" by Five Discs, playing on Oldies FM station from a vintage 1948 Montgomery Wards Airline Console Tube Radio model 84WG-2714G sold by Montgomery Wards. The sound was picked up by a microphone placed about 15 inches away from the radio speaker, and while not sounding as good as hearing the actual radio itself, it does give a glimpse on how it sounds. Only the FM band works at the moment on this radio as it is all original 1948 tubes and electronics, and not restored yet. It actually sounds very good for being in original 1948 electronics condition. It was my grandparents radio they got new in 1948.
