~ Tony Franklin Bio ~
There may have never been a heavier-hitting player on bass than Tony Franklin. The English-born bass legend has slapped the strings with everyone from The Firm, Quiet Riot, and Whitesnke, to Jimmy Page, Roy Harper, and John Sykes.

Tony began getting his feet wet on the music scene in the early 80's only to easily glide up the ladder of success over the years. Best known for his immaculate ear for intonation, Tony has been smacking the fretless bass for a great many years. He's even rumored to have first introduced the fretless bass into the hard rock scene, as well as recently receiving a signature Precision Bass all his own from the guru's at Fender Musical Instruments!
