DESCRIPTION:
In 2011 the Faroese Football Association announced a competition; they wanted a new song for the National Football Team of the Faroe Islands. The winner was Eyðun Nolsøe with his song "Saman mót sigrinum" which means "Together for Victory". I recorded this song when they played live just before the EUFA Euro 2012 Qualifying match between Faroe Islands and Italy started. The result of the match was 0-1 (Italy won).
