Hi all! This is an addendum to Episode #1 of Triangle Wave Records TV. In this episode, my good friend Sonny Wong (Sun Son/Fake Furs) brought his Juno-106 over, and we wanted to see if we could make sequences for it via MIDI on the Electribe 2.
Turns out it works like a charm, which is super exciting to me because not a lot of sequencers turn out to be polyphonic.
Feel free to ask me for other synths to try out with the Electribe 2. The more I use it as a hardware sequencer, the more I like it!
Equipment used is as listed below:
Korg Electribe 2
MIDI Solutions Quadra Thru
Roland Juno-106
Arturia MiniBrute
and... scissors.
For effects we used:
Digitech Studio Twin (mainly a reverb).
All recorded on a LEICA Dicomar by Panasonic (Mini-DV rules, okay?!) and a GoPro Hero II.
