Born in Amsterdam Dj Kid D found his love for music early on as his mother played soulful records. Artists such as Aretha Franklin and Marvin Gaye often caressed his ears giving him a understanding of the power of music. As he grew up, he met DJ knowend as (Erkan Kargin) he inspired Kid D, as he would DJ at local parties and events. This motivated Kid D to learn the craft of moving the crowd through music. His reason for playing House, instead of any other genre is deeply rooted in this philosophy. As he himself would say “No other kind of music, can make people dance and move like house can”. After several local events and occasions, Dj Kid D has created a buzz worthy of a top notch DJ. With a constant stream of bookings, and his reputation growing with every show. DJ Kid D has set out to conquer the DJ world, with his own sense of flair and musical abilities.
