Dave Bowmer combines the unique sound of the Chapman Stick with live looping and David Holmes' outstanding percussion to create atmospheric instrumental music. The original compositions are inspired by Dave's surfing travels and convey the power and beauty of the ocean as the music floats on the rhythmic tidal pulse of mesmerising percussion. Dave is often asked to write for, and perform live with, contemporary dance companies on theatre tours. His music is also regularly used for film soundtracks.
