Carol Alban is currently organizing the ORINDA JAZZ FESTIVAL. Carol Alban has been featured with the Bay Area Chamber Symphony and has performed as a soloist at such notable venues as the Berkeley Piano Club, Yoshi's Jazz Club, Freight and Salvage, the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, CBGBs, and the Blue Note in New York. MADS TOLLING, internationally renowned violinist, violist, and composer, is a two-time Grammy Award-Winning violinist. As a former nine year member of both Turtle Island Quartet and bassist Stanley Clarke's band, Mads has spent most his professional life touring internationally. Since 2007 Mads has lead his own group, Mads Tolling Quartet. "The Playmaker" released in the fall of 2009, features Stanley Clarke and jazz greats Russell Ferrante & Stefon Harris.
