DESCRIPTION: Charted at #39 on Billboard Hot 100 in January 1959. You don't often hear a vocal version of this song. This was Billy's penultimate chart entry, the last being "Goodnight, Irene" (#75 in April 1959). It was a #3 hit for Vincent Lopez and His Orchestra in July 1922 (I've also posted this version). Also #9 for Les Paul in June 1950 (which I've posted too), Original Billboard review: "An ingratiating chanting stint by Williams marks this updated version of the evergreen. The lyrics are cute and the artist is at his best. Spins should please."
