Another great weekend of wonderful music on a beautiful August weekend along the Ohio River. I think I got footage from EVERY main stage act except for the Spin Doctors, along with a couple GREAT second stage acts. Every year this fest becomes more like a family reunion as we hook up with people from all over the country and enjoy all the great music. I brought a new camera with me this year which I received the Wednesday before the show. I ran out of chip space and batteries a couple times, but was just getting the hang of it by Sunday. Check out the Ana Popovic video from the top - I kinda knew what I was doing and wasn't too lit yet.
The food vendors were EXTRA special this year -- there were actually THREE vendors that had Collard Greens, the Jerk/Curry Chicken/Oxtail lady lit us up when the alcohol was taking over, and the brisket and pulled pork were phenomenal.
