DESCRIPTION:
The project ARNEO was born in the heart of the Mounts of Arrée, France, where Gwen, Marielle and Yann had the idea of working together around a concept as innovative as obvious: Water.
Water as a sound playground, a real source of samples from which Yann extracts the rhythms and beats, while Gwen and Marielle come to put their harps, keyboards, flutes and percussions on, in order to form the landscape which will welcome their suspended singings.
Water as the medium of writing, as a tribute to life, to vitality, to our very essence
Water which infiltrates into texts written in Breton, French and English as if it was a question of making brooks and oceans face each others on the openly electro-world musics of "ARNEO".
Takenn Dour, the first single from their forthcoming album is a hymn to rain. It is sung in Breton and it opens the party of this aquatic legend.
